What is Mentoring?
An experienced person (Mentor) passes on professional knowledge and experience to an even less inexperienced person (Mentee).
The goal is to support the Mentee in his/ her personal and professional development.
At hr_integrate, the mentors are experienced Human Resources Managers, who help the refugees in their professional integration.
Description of cooperation between HR Professional and Refugee (Mentoring)
The Mentoring between HR Professional (Mentor) and Refugee (Mentee) should be done speedily and efficient.
In order to achieving this, it is important to clarify who will have what task.
In the following task description, the tasks of the
HR-Professional are marked width green background gekennzeichnet.
Refugee are marked width orange background gekennzeichnet.
Nevertheless, it is indispensably necessary that both sides trustfully cooperate and mutually support each other.
Refugee resp.. hri-Mentor contact each other by eMail. eMails resp. inquiries should be answered within appr. three working days.
Initial conversation( (best) personal meeting: Getting to know each other, build trust, discussion of mutual expectations, hri-Mentor and hri-Mentee decide on establishing close cooperation

In case of job offer: Before start of occupation, contact with persons in charge in the company (department head, human resources) , best together with, probably without Mentee
- the first two months of occupation: Contact weekly (approximately).
- 3. and 4. month of occupation: Contact fortnightly
- afterwards: Contact as required
