Nicht nur geflüchtete Menschen 'kommen' - werden also von von uns betreut - und 'gehen', wenn sie einen Arbeits- oder Ausbildungsplatz gefunden haben. Auch bei unseren hr_integrate-Mentor*innen ist es ein Kommen und Gehen!
Aufgrund von Veränderungen in Familie, Job oder auch wegen eines großen Projekts informieren hr_integrate-Mentor*innen uns verschiedentlich, dass Sie sich - leider! – nicht mehr als Mentor*in engagieren können. Das ist natürlich sehr OK und wir sind den Mentor*innen für ihre Arbeit sehr dankbar.
Da wir derzeit eine Warteliste geflüchteter Menschen haben, die noch nicht mit einem hr_integrate-Mentor*in zusammenarbeiten, suchen wir weiterhin HR-Expert*innen bzw. erfahrene Führungskräfte als hr_integrate-Mentorinnen und Mentoren. hr_integrate und Salesforce – kurz vor ‘go live‘!
Sie wissen vielleicht, dass wir uns für Salesforce als Software zur Verwaltung von Geflüchteten und Mentor*innen entschieden haben.
Nach intensiver, kompetenter Arbeit eines Team von Freiwilligen sind wir nun soweit: In den nächsten Tagen werden wir die Daten aus dem seitherigen System nach Salesforce umziehen. Wir beabsichtigen dann, einige hr_integrate-Mentor*innen wegen Feedback anzusprechen. Anschließend wird das neue System dann schrittweise eingeführt.

Due to changes in their family life, job, or even because of a major project, hr_integrate mentors sometimes inform us that they are unfortunately no longer able to serve as mentors. You may know that we have chosen Salesforce as our software for managing refugees and mentors.
After intensive, skilled work by a team of volunteers, we are now ready: in the next few days, we will be transferring the data from the previous system to Salesforce. We then intend to contact some hr_integrate mentors for feedback. The new system will then be introduced step by step.

Über 122 Millionen Flüchtlinge weltweit - Social-Media@hr_integrate - Mentor*innen gesucht
Mehr als 122 Millionen Flüchtlinge zählte die UNO-Flüchtlingshilfe für das Jahr 2024 weltweit, die meisten davon Flüchtlinge im eigenen Land. Damit ist die Zahl der weltweit Geflüchteten gegenüber 2023 (117,4 Millionen) nochmals angestiegen! Offen gestanden, die Zahlen sind erschütternd, steht doch hinter jeder Zahl ein Mensch mit Hoffnung auf Sicherheit und Zukunft. Das ist ein wichtiger Grund, uns zum Ende der Osterferien wieder mit aktuellen Informationen und – natürlich! ;-) - einigen Bitten zu melden.

Wir habe zwei neue Social-Media-Manager, Paula und Saverio, die das Feld Social Media bei uns betreuen – mit tollen Ergebnissen! Aktuell werden bei uns rund 250 Geflüchtete als Mentees in einer 1:1-Betreuung durch hr_integrate Mentor*innen bei der Suche nach angemessener Arbeit, nach einem Ausbildungsplatz oder einem Studienplatz betreut. Obwohl die Anzahl der hr_integrate-Mentor*innen nochmals gestiegen ist, sind derzeit rund 20 Geflüchtete auf unserer Warteliste.

In Kooperation mit der ZERO2HEROs IT Community e.V. arbeitet ein Team von Salesforce-Experten, Testerinnen, Web-Entwicklern und Grafikerinnen, das zwischen Istanbul und Orlando/ Florida ‚verstreut‘ ist (‚dazwischen liegen nicht ganz so weit entfernte Orte, wie Berlin, Leipzig, München, Bonn und Karlsruhe ;-) wirklich toll zusammen.
Unser neues CRM-System ist nun kurz vor der Fertigstellung. In den nächsten Tagen startet die umfassende Prüfung auf ‚Herz und Nieren‘. … Daumen drücken, dass wir bald auf das neue System umstellen können!

In cooperation with the ZERO2HEROs IT Community e.V., with a team of Salesforce experts, testers, web developers and graphic designers ‘’spread‘’ between Istanbul and Orlando/ Florida ('in between are not so very far away places, like Berlin, Leipzig, Munich, Bonn and Karlsruhe ;-) is working really great together.
